Christian Movies Launching THIS Easter

This Easter season you can expect two things, celebrating the resurrection of Jesus and some very good movies hitting theaters this Easter season. All these movies will definitely put you in the spirit and inspire your faith. Many inspired by true events, classic Biblical stories, and heroism.

Gods Not Dead 3: A Light In Darkness:


I was so excited when PureFlix announced a third edition to the Gods Not Dead family! The film pick up where it left off in Gods Not Dead 2. I don’t want to spoil anything. But this film has brought some of the original characters from the first edition of Gods Not Dead including David A.R. White and Shane Harper. In theaters March 28, 2018.

I Can Only Imagine


Ok warning when you watch this trailer, it brings you to tears! Everyone has heard of the Christian band MercyMe and never will forget their hit song, I Can Only Image. This film shares the story of Bart Millard and how and why he wrote the greatly famous song I Can Only Image. It is such a moving and powerful story of faith and really shows how God can really change people through his grace and mercy. In theaters March 16 2018.

The 15:17 to Paris


This film is being released this week! The 15:17 to Paris is a Clint Eastwood film that shows the events and shares the stories of three heroes who prevented a terrorist attack on a train headed to Paris in 2015 of which 500 people were on and they saved. Watch as these three men take the risk of their lives and make the most selfless move. What just absolutely makes this film is that the 3 real-life heroes and lifetime best friends who lived this event star in the film to tell their story! In theaters February 9, 2018.

Paul, Apostle of Christ


This film tells the story of Apostle Paul and the days leading up to his execution in Rome. The movie takes place where Paul is in prison. The film shows of how Paul went from mistreating Christians to becoming a Christian and reborn again. This film is passionate and powerful! That follows a story that is absolutely moving and something every Christian should watch. Watch as Paul struggles to determine if God will forgive him for his mistakes and sins as his story unfolds in theaters March 28, 2018.
