My In-Shape Secret: Step 1 Squat it Out time. I just started adding squats into my workout routine. What I do is 3 reps of 12 of squats with this weighted ball. I do it three times a week and it only takes 5 minutes. The great things about this secret I do to keep in shape, is you can do it anywhere in your house. You simply need a space to spread your legs arm width a part! I watched many YouTube videos about different workout exercises. I decided when I saw this weighted ball on sale for $5 at Target to give it a try.

The first time I did this, I admit was really sore! Not only my legs and glutes but my arms too! What I didn’t realize is the weight you lift above your head when you squat works your arms muscles too. Doing it in a steady motion, adds extra muscle contraction and in turn, requires your arm muscles to do work.
For me, this is a great full-body workout I do, that tones my entire body. In conclusion, it is one of my favorite workout secrets I am doing to get bikini ready! Therefore, follow me on IG to see my video!
